Botanas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 jicama, 2 avocados, 1/2 lb. longhorn cheese, 2 sliced tomatoes and 1 c. real lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Peel jicama and cut into 1 x 1/2-inch slices; cut avocados and both cheeses in 1-inch slices.
Slice onions; cut lemons into 8ths.
Put everything in a Tupperware bowl and let marinate for several hours.
