Boston Shrimp Salad
Boston Shrimp Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shell macaroni, 1 can shrimp (flat can), 1 small cucumber, 1 small onion and 1 small firm tomato, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook macaroni according to directions.
Drain and rinse well with cold water.
Put in a large bowl.
Add shrimp.
Chop vegetables into very small pieces.
Fry bacon until well done and crumble.
Mix all ingredients together and toss well with mayonnaise.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Line a large bowl with fresh lettuce leaves and turn completed salad into bowl.
Sprinkle top lightly with paprika and refrigerate.
