Borscht Soup
Borscht Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head of cabbage, 1 medium onion, 4 medium sized potatoes, diced, 2 c. tomatoes and 1 soup bone or 2 lb. flat rib or any kind of boiling beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook meat until tender.
Take meat off bone and put back in broth.
Add all other ingredients.
Cook until vegetables are soft. Add tomatoes and serve.
