Borscht
Borscht is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken thighs and legs, 1 c. dry beans, 1 can sliced beets, 1/2 stick margarine (1/4 c.) and 1 large green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fill big pot with hot water.
Put in chicken and dry beans. Pour in beet juice from can.
Cut beets into narrow strips and add to water before it boils.
