Borscht
Borscht is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large onions, chopped, 2 stalks celery, diced, 1/4 c. oil, 2 c. shredded raw beets and 1/4 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onions and celery in oil until tender.
Add beets, cabbage, water and seasonings.
Simmer until vegies are tender, about 20 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and corn syrup.
