Boomba Poliuka Spanielska is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. can chili con carne (with beans), 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup, plus equal amount of water, 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. red wine and 1/8 tsp. each basil, oregano and rosemary, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients except macaroni in a saucepan.
Bring to boiling.
