Bonnie's Beef Wellington
Bonnie'S Beef Wellington is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (6 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks, 4 patty shells, 1/2 stick butter, 2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms and 1 small chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown steaks on both sides.
Saute onion and mushrooms in butter and wine.
Defrost and roll out patty shells.
Place piece of meat on patty shell; add mixture of onion, mushrooms and wine to meat and wrap pastry around meat.
Bake for 20 minutes at 425Β°. Serves 4.
