Bombay Chicken
Bombay Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. chicken tender pieces, 1 tbsp. light soy sauce, 1 c. flour, 1 tbsp. sesame seed and 1 tsp. chopped ginger or 1/2 tsp. dry ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Remove white tendon from tender pieces and dredge in flour, salt and paprika mixture.
Brown tender pieces in hot canola oil and remove to a covered baking dish.
Combine sherry, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger in a blender and blend 1 minute. Mix in sesame seed and pour over chicken pieces.
Mix to coat pieces and bake in a 375Β° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
