Bok Choy Salad
Bok Choy Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 oz. sesame seed, 2 pkg. ramen noodles, broken up (plain) and 1 pkg. (small) slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt oleo in skillet, then add sugar, sesame seed, noodles and slivered almonds.
Cook over low heat until lightly brown.
Set aside at room temperature.
Cut up green onions, using tops and all, and 2 pound package bok choy (chopped), using leaves and stems.
Mix with first mixture and chill until ready to serve. Top with dressing when serving.
