Boiled Custard
Boiled Custard is an easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. milk, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 9 eggs and vanilla to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat milk in heavy pan over medium heat.
Beat eggs and sugar together, add to warm milk.
Cook until mixture coats spoon.
Add vanilla to cooled mixture.
(May use half and half for some of milk to make richer.)
