Boiled Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. flour, sifted, 4 egg yellows, 3 qt. milk and vanilla flavoring to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg yellows and add to milk.
Mix sugar and flour together and gradually add to milk.
Cook in a double boiler 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Will thicken.
Add vanilla flavoring to taste and yellow food coloring as desired.
Pour through strainer and refrigerate.
