Boiled Cookies
Boiled Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 stick margarine, 3 tbsp. cocoa or 1 sq. chocolate and 3 c. oatmeal (quick oats), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in a large pan. Bring to a boil. Cook only 1 minute and remove from heat.
Add oatmeal and peanut butter; mix well.
Add nuts, coconut and raisins.
Stir and drop on waxed paper quickly. Cool.
Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
