Bohemian Sisky
Bohemian Sisky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. salt, 1 large can carnation milk, 1/2 c. oleo or butter, 3 tbsp. brown sugar and 2 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Scald milk.
Add scalded milk to salt, sugar and butter or oleo.
When lukewarm, add yeast.
Add 2 cups flour and mix well. Let stand until light and spongy.
Add yolks, flour and vanilla. Mix well.
Let rise until double.
Roll; cut in diamond shapes. Raise.
Fry in deep fat.
Makes approximately 2 dozen.
