Bo-Bo's Peanut Butter Fudge
Bo-Bo'S Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 level tbsp. hershey's cocoa, pinch of salt, 1 c. evaporated cream and 8 oz. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease large platter with butter.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add cream.
Cook on high heat until boiling.
Reduce heat to medium; stir constantly.
Have 2 small bowls of ice water on the stove. Test a few drops of mixture; do this until it forms a ball. Remove from heat; add peanut butter.
Beat on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Pour on greased platter.
Spread with knife. Let cool, then eat.
