Blueberry Torte
Blueberry Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 2/3 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. melted margarine, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 3 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine graham cracker crumbs (save some for the top), sugar and melted margarine and press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Soften cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Add eggs, remaining 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla and cream well.
Pour cream cheese mixture over crust and bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Spread pie filling over cream cheese mixture.
Top with whipped cream and the rest of graham cracker crumbs.
Chill overnight.
