Combine first 4 items and pack into long pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes or until brown.
Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar, then fold in Cool Whip.
After crust has cooled, spread this over crust, then spread pie filling over cream cheese and sugar.
Chill 2 or 3 hours.
