Blueberry Streusel Cake
Blueberry Streusel Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, divided, 1/4 c. softened margarine, 1 tsp. grated lemon rind, 1 egg and 1 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, margarine, lemon rind and egg; beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and the soda; add to egg mixture at low speed.
Pour batter into a 9-inch round pan.
Combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, blueberries, cinnamon and allspice; tossing gently.
Spoon over batter, leaving 1/2-inch border.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cool 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
