Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 3 small pkg. lemon jell-o, 2 cans blueberries (15 oz. size), 8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain berries and reserve juice.
Heat the juice and dissolve 2 packages of the lemon Jell-O in the juice, adding water to 2 1/2 cups when dissolved.
Add the berries and pour half of the amount into a mold.
Set aside until thick.
