Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. blueberry jello, 1 can blueberries, 1 (no. 303) can crushed pineapple, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Drain pineapple.
Heat pineapple juice to boiling.
Add enough water to make 2 cups juice; mix well with jello.
Add pineapple and blueberries; allow to set.
Allow cream cheese to soften; mix with the powdered sugar.
Add sour cream; mix thoroughly.
Spread on top of congealed jello.
Top with chopped pecans.
