Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small boxes blackberry jell-o, 2 c. hot water, 1 (15 oz.) blueberries, drained, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve the Jell-O in hot water.
Add enough water to juices from fruit to make 1 cup if needed. Add this to the Jell-O. Add the blueberries, pineapple and pecans to Jell-O after it has set. Top with cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Mix and spread on top of Jell-O.
Use a long, oblong dish.
