Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries, drained (reserve juice) and 1 (13 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add cream cheese; stir until tiny flecks of white remain.
Add the mixed pineapple and blueberry juice.
Add the fruits and chill until almost set.
Fold in the Dream Whip which has been mixed following directions on package.
