Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. black cherry jello or 2 (3 oz.) pkg., 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain blueberries and pineapple.
Reserve liquid.
Mix juices to make 1 cup.
Add water if needed.
Put 1 cup of juice and 1 cup of water in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Dissolve jello in this and add 1 3/4 cup of cold water.
Pour into flat pan.
Add berries and pineapple.
Place in refrigerator to gel.
