Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can blueberries, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry jello, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained) and 1 pkg. whipped topping mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain blueberries, reserve juice and add water to make 2 cups. Bring juice and water to a boil; stir in jello until dissolved. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water.
Add blueberries and pineapple.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
