Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries, drained, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Drain blueberries and pineapple.
Add enough water to this liquid to make 1 cup.
Add to gelatin mixture.
Stir in drained blueberries and pineapple.
Pour into a 2-quart flat dish.
Cover; put in refrigerator until firm. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla; mix well.
Spread over congealed salad.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
