Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries, drained (reserve liquid), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add liquid drained from blueberries and pineapple and enough water to make 1 cup.
Stir in blueberries and pineapple.
Pour into a 2-quart flat pan (9 x 13-inch).
Cover and chill until firm.
