Blueberry Salad
Blueberry Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large box raspberry or cherry jell-o, 1 medium can crushed pineapple, 1 large can blueberries (not pie filling), 1 c. chopped nuts and 2 (1/2 pt.) container whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Drain the pineapple and blueberries; reserve the juice.
Heat the reserved juices and 1/2 cup water to boiling.
Pour this liquid over the Jell-O and stir to mix thoroughly.
To this, add the pineapple and blueberries.
Stir all together well; chill for several hours until set.
