Blueberry Pudding
Blueberry Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh blueberries, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine blueberries, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Place into an 8-inch square pan.
Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar; add milk. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to creamed mixture; mix well.
Spread batter over blueberries.
Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch.
Sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over top.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
