Blueberry Pudding
Blueberry Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. blueberries, 1/4 c. chopped nuts or grape-nuts, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/3 c. melted butter and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place berries in bottom of an 8-inch pan.
Sprinkle nuts and 1/2 cup sugar over the berries.
Separately, blend together egg, vanilla, flour, butter and 1/2 cup sugar.
Pour mixture over the fruit and nuts.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
