Blueberry Pie
Blueberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell, 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, divided, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Pour 1 1/4 cups blueberries into prepared pie shell; spread evenly and set aside.
Combine 1 cup blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and water in medium saucepan; cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in margarine and vanilla. Cool.
Pour over blueberries in pie shell.
Chill.
Spoon whipped topping around edge.
Garnish with 1/4 cup blueberries.
