Blueberry On A Cloud is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 6 egg whites, 2 tsp. vanilla, mini marshmallows and 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
At high speed, egg whites with cream of tartar, just until peaks form when beater is raised.
Gradually beat in 1 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time.
Continue beating until peaks form.
Meringue should be shiny and moist. Spread in bottom and up sides of lightly buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake
275Β° for 60 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave in oven overnight.
