Blueberry Nut Crunch
Blueberry Nut Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in syrup), 3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen), 1 c. sugar, 1 yellow cake mix and 1/4 lb. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix pineapple, blueberries and 1 cup of sugar.
Spread in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over fruit. Drizzle evenly with melted margarine.
Sprinkle with pecans, then with 1/4 cup of sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
