Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. cream of tartar (rounded), 1 tsp. baking soda (rounded), 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Sift together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
Use 1/2 cup of the flour mixture to coat the blueberries. In a mixing bowl, cream the sugar, margarine, egg and lemon together.
Alternate dry ingredients with milk into the mixing bowl.
Add the blueberries and fold into mixture.
Bake at 425Β° for 25 minutes.
