Blueberry Crunch
Blueberry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 3 c. blueberries, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 box white cake mix and 3/4 stick margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Use large oblong 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Grease pan; spread pineapple over the bottom.
Spread blueberries next. Sprinkle half the sugar, then cake mix over sugar.
Next sprinkle the pecans.
Drizzle melted margarine.
Sprinkle last half of sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Pierce the top of crunch 4 to 5 times.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
