Blueberry Crunch
Blueberry Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream oleo; add brown sugar, nuts and flour.
Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Mix cream cheese and 2 cups powdered sugar.
Spread over cool crust.
Mix blueberry filling, 1 cup powdered sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice.
Spread over cream cheese mix.
Next spread Cool Whip over top and refrigerate until serving time.
