Cream butter and sugar, then add flour and blend together.
Spread in cookie sheet and bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes or so.
Cream together cheese and confectioners sugar and fold in Cool Whip.
Spread over cooled crust.
Add blueberry pie filling on top.
Chill and cut in squares.
Makes 3 to 3 1/2 dozen.
