Blueberry Cobbler
Blueberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 frozen deep dish pie crusts, thawed, 12 c. blueberries or other fruit, 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spray a large oval casserole with Pam.
Roll out one crust and place in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle sugar over blueberries in pan. Sprinkle flour and lemon juice over sugar.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Roll out second pie crust and place on top.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
