Blueberry Cobbler
Blueberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. blueberries, 1 stick butter, melted, 2 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place berries in bottom of 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
Mix dry ingredients in bowl; add melted butter, milk and beaten eggs. Spoon batter over berries.
Mix an additional 1/3 c. sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch.
Sprinkle over batter.
Now, pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
