Blueberry Cobbler
Blueberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, 2 tbsp. water and 1 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch in 2 quart pan.
Stir in berries and water. Heat to boiling; stir constantly.
Boil and stir minute. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Stir remaining ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough tablespoons onto hot berry mixture. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes, at 425Β°.
