Blueberry Cake
Blueberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. baking powder, 2 c. sugar and 1 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift into mixing bowl flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add oil, eggs, orange juice and vanilla.
Beat until smooth, about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour half the cake mixture into pan, then the berries which have been tossed with the sugar and cinnamon.
Then the rest of the cake mixture again.
Top with any blueberries that are left.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool in pan.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
