Blueberry Cake
Blueberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter or oleo, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream sugar and butter until smooth, add eggs, one at a time, mixing between each one.
Add the dry ingredients alternating with the sour cream.
Add the vanilla.
The batter is thick.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased 9x12-inch pan.
Cover with the pie filling.
Pour the rest of the batter over the pie filling.
Top with 1/4 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of butter and mix into crumbles and sprinkle over the top of the cake and bake for 350Β° for 50-55 minutes.
