Blueberry Cake
Blueberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. blueberries, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, well beaten and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash blueberries and dry on paper towels.
Cream margarine with sugar.
Add beaten eggs.
Blend in sifted flour, sifted with baking powder.
Fold in the berries gently.
Bake in greased and floured 9 x 12-inch metal pan at 375Β° for approximately 30 minutes.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
Cut into squares and serve from the pan.
Top with whipped cream.
Makes 16 squares.
