Blueberry Cake
Blueberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. flour (unsifted) and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream margarine with sugar; add eggs and beat well.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg alternating with milk, but ending with flour mixture.
Fold in 2 cups blueberries (which have been floured from part of 2 cups).
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, mixed.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
