Blueberry Cake
Blueberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sifted flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In bowl, cream butter until fluffy.
Add sugar gradually, beating until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Alternate with combined milk and grated orange rind and vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 8-inch square pan.
Sprinkle blueberries over the top.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 minutes until cake begins to shrink from sides and is golden on top.
Cut in squares.
