Blueberry Angel Dessert
Blueberry Angel Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 egg whites, 3/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 2 c. sugar, 2 c. saltines, crumbled and 1 c. finely chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat egg whites and tartar until frothy.
Add sugar and beat on high until it stiffens.
Add or stir in crackers, nuts and flavoring.
Spread in cookie sheets and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Spread with large Cool Whip.
Make a cradle inside and spread with 1 can blueberry pie filling. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
