Blue Cheese Spread
Blue Cheese Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 8 oz crumbled blue cheese, 2 tsp. milk, 1/2 green pepper, chopped (3/8 c.) and 1/2 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a large bowl combine cream cheese, Blue cheese and milk; beat until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients and mix until combined. Shape into ball or wreath; sprinkle tops and sides with dried parsley.
Use extra pimento to garnish if you wish.
Chill until served.
(Great to make ahead.)
Serve with crackers or bread rounds.
