Blue Cheese Olive Ball
Blue Cheese Olive Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened, 1 tbsp. brandy, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. blue cheese, crumbled and 1 tbsp. fresh or frozen chopped chives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine first 3 ingredients; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Add Blue cheese and beat well.
Stir in chives and chopped olives.
Mixture will be soft.
Shape mixture into a ball and roll in pecans.
Refrigerate overnight. (This allows the flavor to ripen.) Serve with crackers.
