Blonde Brownies
Blonde Brownies is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. packed brown sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream the butter and sugar together until light, then add the egg, beating until thick.
Stir in the cream.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt; add with the cardamom to the creamed mixture, mixing until a stiff dough forms. Chill thoroughly. Shape the chilled dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and arrange on a lightly greased baking sheet.
