Blintz Soufflé
Blintz Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo or butter, 12 blintzes (2 boxes frozen), 2 c. sour cream, 6 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Melt butter or oleo in
9 x 12-inch baking dish and put blintzes in it.
Cover with remaining ingredients.
(Sprinkle with cinnamon, optional.)
Bake 45 minutes at 350° or
1 hour if blintzes are frozen.
Excellent for a brunch.
