Set oven together at high speed. Pour in a
9-inch deep pie crust, unbaked.
Bake at 450° until brown on top.
Reduce heat to 375° and bake until the middle of pie shakes like jello.
Remove right then (this is important); if you overcook this pie it will be watery.
