Blender Chocolate Pie
Blender Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, separated, 3 tbsp. cocoa (scant), 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put half of milk in blender; put rest of ingredients except vanilla.
Add the other half cup of milk.
Blend well.
While blending, let a heavy skillet warm over medium heat.
Pour into skillet and start stirring constantly.
Let come to a boil; take from heat.
Add vanilla and pour into cooked pie shell.
Before beating egg whites, add 1 tablespoon cold water and a pinch of salt.
Start beating, add sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Spread on cooled pie.
Brown at 375Β° for 10 minutes.
Chill.
